The chole (chickpea curry) is where our kitchen truly shines. We begin by soaking
chickpeas overnight, then slow-cooking them with a rich masala base of tomatoes,
onions, ginger, and garlic. The magic comes from our house-made chole masala blend,
featuring cumin, coriander, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and the essential
amchur that gives authentic chole its distinctive tangy depth. The result is a
